We've talked a lot about cancer on "The Means Report". It is a cause near and dear to our hearts. It is a disease that can impact anyone – including a child. It's a disease that is hard to understand and deal with as adults, but it takes on a whole new meaning when a child is the one battling the deadly disease. Turner, Tara, and Brennan Simkins – as well as countless others – know that battle all too well. Brennan is thankfully healthy and in remission from acute myeloid leukemia, but, to get to where he is today, he endured four bone marrow transplants and was actually told there was no hope. Brennan never gave up.
The Simkins family hopes that you will help the ongoing support to find a cure through the Press On Fund. There is a fun way to support the cause and make a difference in so many young lives. You can find out more information about Press On at www.pressonfund.org.
