Augusta, GA -

The woman accused of causing a deadly wrong way accident on Riverwatch Parkway was in court Friday morning.

Monique Elizabeth Sullivan, 32, pleaded not guilty to murder charges. She was indicted on murder and vehicular homicide charges on September 3rd. Her charges were upgraded after one of the victims of the crash, 32-year-old Amelia Hiltz, died in July from injuries sustained in the crash, which happened last December.

Sullivan was taken into custody for her outstanding grand jury arrest warrant from when she was re-indicted Friday morning on the charges.
