The latest "Grand Theft Auto" video game is making a killing in
sales. "Grand Theft Auto Five"
brought in $800 million in its first day for sale Tuesday. The LA Times says about 8,300 North American
stores held midnight openings to meet demand for the much-anticipated game.
The original version came out 16 years ago.
The series has been controversial for its violence. Rockstar Games -- whose parent company is
called "Take-Two Interactive Software" -- produces the game.
