Arrest made in Plant City drug bust

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL (WFLA) -

Hillsborough County deputies arrested a man in connection with the Tuesday drug bust when they found drugs and dangerous materials in a Plant City home.

Officials searched the house on Pandora Place after they evicted a couple that lived there.

Deputies arrested Ronnie Dale Porter, 35, who lived at the house. He rented it with Maria Porter from their third cousin. They started falling behind on rent payments last year.

Officials charged him with second-degree felony of Possession of Precursor Chemical (methylamine). He is in the Hillsborough County jail.
