Augusta commissioners are now ready for prime time.
City leaders approving changing their meeting time from five PM to two PM.
reversing a decision made three years ago when commissioners supported the later meeting time.
But some do not like the switching back and forth.
"It's strange that all of a sudden the meetings times have become an issue they voted to change it by why not leave it the way it is you can't keep changing the times of a commission meeting every time you have a new group of commissioners come in," says Commissioner Bill Fennoy.
Fennoy tried to get the meeting time motion taken off the consent agenda to be discussed, and voted on separately, however the mayor Copenhaver missed his request.
Fennoy did not blame the mayor saying he could have been more clear with his request.
