The Fayetteville Fire Department said emergency crews responded to an explosion call in the 6500 block of St. Louis Street off Bunce Road around 8:30 p.m. Saturday.

Fayetteville police said it appeared the victims were standing around a commercial outdoor fireplace, sometimes referred to as a chiminea.

Three others, including a 14-year-old, were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
