The Air Force's 4th Fighter Wing is sponsoring a five kilometer and a half-marathon run to assist wounded military veterans.
Air Force officials said Saturday's event is open to all who have Department of Defense identification cards.
Registration is $50 for the run and $70 for the half-marathon and all proceeds go to support the Wounded Warrior Project.
The charity program aims to raise awareness and support for the needs of injured military veterans and their families.
During the race, live music, games and food for family members and non-runners will be available.
