A former owner of the South Augusta Flea Market, who is charged with child molestation, was granted bond Friday.
Harold "Dusty" Rhodes is charged with molesting a now-13-year-old female relative over a period of 7 years.
A judge granted Rhodes a $100,000 bond, and ordered him to stay away from the victim, her family, and any other minors.
Rhodes' attorney says, getting the bond is the first step toward proving Rhodes' innocence. "Anybody that knows Dusty Rhodes, that knows anything about him, understands why we're defending this case so hard and why we believe he's innocent," says Jacque Hawk.
At last check, Rhodes has not yet bonded out of jail.
