The mayor of a major city is no longer welcome at a major restaurant chain. San Diego mayor bob filner banned from Hooters restaurants in his city. He is accused of sexually harrassing several women so there is a sign outside every San Diego Hooters saying the mayor will not be served because women should be treated with respect.

First Lady Michelle Obama is turning to rap music to get out her message about healthy living.
As President Obama ordered up less healthy fare...his wife made a much healthier appearance in a hip hop music video with industry heavy weights promoting healthy living. The first lady doesn't actually sing or dance in the video. It's one of 19 songs on an album that is part of her "let's move" campaign.  The album will be available for free on the partnership for a healthier America web site.

A judge has told a Newport, Tennessee couple they have to change the name of their baby!  the parents named their baby messiah...but couldn't agree on a last name. So they went to court. The judge decided to combine their last names and name the baby martin mccullough, but left out Messiah. The judge explained that Messiah is a title earned by one person, Jesus Christ.  The parents say the judge should not let her beliefs impact the name of their baby.

People who have more sex are more likely to earn higher wages. The study looked at data from a year-long study of 75-hundred households. It found that people who were active more than four times a week earn significantly higher wages.
The study suggests that it could be because those people tend to be happier, have higher self-esteem and may even have better reasoning ability.
