The Richmond County Sheriff's Office has fired a deputy after an investigation into the use of excessive force.
Officials say, on Monday, August 5th, the Richmond County Sheriff's Office Internal Affairs Division launched an investigation regarding an allegation of Excessive Force during an encounter with a juvenile.
After a complete and thorough investigation, 33-year-old Deputy Brian McDuffie was terminated from the Richmond County Sheriff's Office.
