Mark Kessler Police Chief of Gilberton, Pennsylvania is the only officer in his small town of about a thousand people.
But some are calling on him to go, after he posted profanity laced videos of himself shooting semi automatic weapons.
Kessler offers no apologies for the videos. he broke no laws and says he was expressing his constitutional rights of free speech ...and to bear arms.

You see a lot of strange things on New York subways -- but finding a shark, probably takes the cake.
A passenger snapped this picture of a dead shark in the subway, it was still wet and had blood on its mouth.
The subway shark coincides with "shark week" on the Discovery Channel.
The Discovery channel denies any involvement saying "shark week is all about conservation."

Australia's Prime Minister gets photobombed.....and the little guy is a huge hit.
Five-year old Joseph Kim decided when many cameras show up, you strike a pose or maybe several.

A mother whose been praying at her children's school - won't be there when school starts....because she was asked not to come back.
Lizarda Urena says she started praying at her children's school in 2011 as a way to combat school violence.
She would praying out loud, on the steps of the auditorium between 7 and 7:15 each morning as students filtered in.
The Freedom from Religion Foundation contacted the school district and now they're threatening legal action if she doesn't move off school property.
Urena says she'll continue praying, but off of school grounds.
