For the first time - folks are getting a glimpse of something known as the flying car.

It's all taking place at the EAA Airventure in Wisconsin.
The part car part airplane was flown for the first time this week. It's called the "Transition."
It stand about seven feet tall, seven and a half feet wide and 19 feet long.
The "Transition" has a price tag of 279 *thousand* dollars and runs on regular gas station premium fuel.
