Eating breakfast could help prevent you from suffering from a heart attack.
Researchers found that men in the medical field, ages 45 to 82, who skipped breakfast showed a 27% increase in heart attacks, and coronary heart disease risk.
The study also found that the men who skipped breakfast were also more likely to smoke, be less physically active, and drink more.
