Six Flags over Texas continues to investigate a deadly accident involving one of its biggest roller coasters.
Authorities say a woman fell to her death while riding the "Texas Giant" on Friday.
Media reports quote witnesses who say the woman told an employee that her safety restraints had not locked properly before the ride began.
The woman was riding the 14-story roller coaster with her children.
Six Flags issued a statement promising a full investigation but said it would be a disservice to the family to speculate on the accident.
