A federal judge is expected to make a ruling today on whether or not to overturn a 1960's decision to desegregate Richmond County Schools.
As we first told you last week, a decades old court order from Acree versus Richmond County Board of Education, that necessitated all BOE decisions to be approved by a US Court judge, could be coming to a close. That order was put in place to ensure that no student in Richmond County would be treated as "second class".
