This Kid Rocks: Jacob Jacobs of Wake Forest

Posted: Updated:
WAKE FOREST, N.C. -

WNCN Today is highlighting kids in and around the Triangle for a new series called "This Kid Rocks."  Our first kid that rocks is Jacob Jacobs from Wake Forest.

Jacob is a senior at Wake Forest –Rolesville High School where he plays on the football team, takes on a full load of AP classes and is on the National Honor Society.

Jacob may be a great student and athlete, but he is also making a difference in his community. He organized a bowling for the blind event for kids, which will continue in Wake Forest. Jacob is also a member of the local Youth Leadership Group.

If you would like to nominate a kid for "This Kid Rocks," email us at today@wncn.com.
