While some folks are battling traffic -- others are getting ready for a different kind of traffic: Masters Rentals.
As the Garden City cleans up and gets ready to welcome visitors from all over the world --- many folks who are renting out their homes are doing their last minute preparations to keep their homes spotless.
Most of the homes are within a 10-mile radius of the course.
Rent during Masters Week can start from around 1-thousand bucks to more than 30-thousand dollars.
Renters have to provide a list of contacts for lawn work, pool cleaning, housekeeping, the plumber and the electrician.
Rental companies also require people to remove personal items like family photos and get new linen.
"We've rented this house for about 8 years. It's a little concerning to have strangers in your house.
We've never had any problems. It's always worked out," said Lillie Holt.
"It's unbelievable the amount of money that's invested in this town in this week," said Diane Starr, President of Corporate Quarters.
Rental companies predict around 2000 homes in the CSRA will be rented out.
Guests from companies could arrive as early as tomorrow, but the official renting period starts Monday and goes on for a week.
