DEVELOPING ON 6: Former Copeland Elementary Teacher Turns Herself In On Cruelty To Children Charge

A former Copeland Elementary School teacher, accused of locking one of her pre-k students in a classroom closet for misbehaving, has turned herself in to Richmond County Sheriff's Office deputies.

Francine Wynn, 51, is facing a Cruelty to Children in the Second Degree charge.
