ATLANTA (AP) - Jeff Teague flung in a wild 3-pointer after the officials appeared to miss him stepping out of bounds, and Kyle Korver finished off Indiana from beyond the arc to lead the Atlanta Hawks to a 98-85 victory Thursday night and another lead in the series with the top-seeded Pacers. The Hawks took control in the third quarter and held off the Pacers to go up 2-1 in the best-of-seven series.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - The University of Arkansas baseball team is set to host Auburn in a three-game Southeastern Conference baseball series. The Razorbacks and Tigers are to play Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday afternoon in Fayetteville.

SOUTH BOSTON, Va. (AP) - Matt Bowling won the Denny Hamlin Short Track Showdown on Thursday night at South Boston Speedway, fighting off Matt Waltz in the seventh edition of the charity race. CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - The College of Charleston has hired Duke assistant Candice Jackson as its women's basketball coach. The school announced the move Thursday. Jackson takes over for Natasaha Adair, who took the Georgetown coaching job earlier this month.
