Aiken, SC., May 8 -- According to Lt. Michael Frank, of the Aiken County Sheriff's Office (ACSO), after tracking for more than a half-mile, ACSO and Aiken Bloodhound Tracking Team arrested two men Thursday morning concerning a pair of burglaries and thefts from overnight at Montmorenci Junction, 1049 Charleston Highway, Montmorenci, South Carolina.

Between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., deputies arrested the pair in a mobile home at 123 Psalm Circle, in Montmorenci. They recovered stolen lottery tickets, beer, cigars and candy.

Investigators had trouble identifying the suspects, because they were being uncooperative. They have since been identified as Angelo D. Hatcher, 20, of 123 Psalms Court, in Montmorenci, and Jermaine A. Goddard, 22 ,of the same address. They have both been charged with Burglary - Second Degree.

Shortly before 3:00 a.m., the subjects pried away the siding and climbed into the business.

Investigators have linked the men to another break-in Wednesday night at the store.

The subjects are being held at the Aiken County Detention Center. More arrests are likely.
