The Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Barack Obama's former pastor from Chicago, Illionis, is coming to Aiken. According to the Augusta Chronicle, he'll speak at revival services at the Second Baptist Church, in Aiken, May 12th through the 14th. Aiken, SC -- An annual revival in Aiken will bring a controversial minister to town.
Reverand Jeremiah Wright, who was Barack Obama's minister will be at the revival next week. According to the Augusta Chronicle, he'll speak at revival services at the Second Baptist Church, in Aiken, May 12th through the 14th.
Reverand Wright has been under fire in recent weeks for saying he believes the government may have developed AIDS to infect the black community, and invited the September 11th terror attacks. After the comments, Senator Barack Obama has distanced himself from the minister, in recent weeks.
