Viewers have been waking up to Mary since 1988 on Good Morning Augusta. She also anchors and produces WJBF News Channel 6 at Noon and her Health Watch reports are seen regularly on WJBF News Channel 6 at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.

The Augusta West Rotary Club presented her with the Media 2000 Award for television.

Mary is a member of Saint Mark United Methodist Church. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Training Shop for the Handicapped. Mary is also past president of the Augusta State University Jaguar Club.

Mary and her husband Terry were college sweethearts and have been married 28 years. They have two grown children and one grand daughter.

Mary is a 1984 graduate of Jefferson State Community College in Birmingham Alabama.
