Brad was born and reared in Jacksonville, Florida. He earned a degree in Telecommunications from the University of Alabama.

Brad began his broadcasting career in Tuscaloosa, Alabama as a reporter and fill-in anchor. From there he moved on to anchoring positions at stations in Florence, South Carolina, Huntsville, Alabama, and Columbus, Georgia. Brad joined the WJBF news team in 1998 as an anchor and Assistant News Director. He anchors the 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 11 p.m. weeknight newscasts on WJBF News Channel 6.

Brad enjoys rooting for the Alabama Crimson Tide football team.

He also loves anchoring and reporting the news for all the great folks in Georgia-Carolina. It is a job that brings him a lot of joy each and every day.
