Aiken Public Safety Mounted Patrol Tandem Retires

Two Aiken Department of Public Safety (ADPS) Officers are heading off to greener pastures…literally, for one of them. Kojak, the one on four legs, and Lieutenant Donald Butler have patroled together for years. Lt. Butler has been with ADPS for 33 years, and he got Kojak to sign up about 9 years ago. The two have been inseparable in their police work, and they did one final task together, as a team…they retired.
