Augusta, GA—Augusta Coliseum Authority member Bill Fennoy has been cleared for his part in the fight with activist Woody Merry before a meeting in May.
Fennoy say he’s happy it’s all over.
As part of the settlement, Merry is supposed to write a letter of apology to Fennoy, and the entire Augusta Coliseum Authority, and he must promise not to disrupt a private meeting in Augusta, for one year.

About as clear as mud. The only clear thing I see is that I won’t be voting for Fennoy again.
