FREEPORT, Bahamas (AP) - Doctors in the Bahamas have completed an autopsy on John Travolta’s son, but authorities have not made the results public yet.

Sixteen-year-old Jett Travolta died Friday after being found unconscious in a bathroom at the family’s vacation home. He had a history of seizures.

Usmagazine.com quotes Travolta’s attorneys as saying the actor tried to revive his son with CPR before an emergency medical technician took over, and the boy may have died in his arms.

A family friend says the family plans to send Jett’s remains to Florida on Wednesday. The actor owns a home in Florida.

Yesterday, Travolta and his wife, Kelly Preston, issued a statement saying they were “heartbroken” that the time they had with their son “was so brief.“ The couple also has an 8-year-old daughter.
