Hip-Hop artist has a lot on his plate these days. He is taking a new turn in his career writing children’s books. He was in the Garden City encouraging children to read. Rapper Common made a stop in the Garden City on his tour promoting his new children’s book series and his new CD. Common has started the “Common Ground Foundation” that’s aimed at getting kids to read. The first book in his series is called the “Mirror in Me”.
