Crash causes traffic trouble on I-20 during Wednesday afternoon commute

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WJBF) - The Georgia Department of Transportation says the crash has been cleared as of 7:30pm on Wednesday night. The Richmond County Sheriff's Office says no major injuries were reported. 


North Augusta Public Safety confirms that a traffic accident along I-20 East Bound is tying up traffic.

The crash site involves 9 vehicles on the Savannah River Bridge at the state line.  Currently lanes in the area are blocked.  There is no word on injuries, NewsChannel 6 has a crew on the way to the scene and will bring you more information as it becomes available.
