    Two people in Aiken County are alive today thanks to the heroic actions of a couple of law enforcement officers.According to the Aiken County Sheriff, Deputies Kenneth Lively and Nicholas Lott risked their own lives when they went inside a smoke filled home during an early morning fire.The fire on Piper Road broke out around four a-m.The deputies found the homeowners on the second floor and lead them to safety.Both of the occupants are being treated for smoke inhalation.
